Learn How to Make Your Own Light Table for Close-Up Photos

In this piece for Fstoppers I show you how to make your own light table from a cereal box and some greaseproof paper. With a hole cut in the side for a torch to fit in, the box is then lit internally producing a light table from which to photograph backlit subjects. I used a 50mm lens to capture an autumnal leaf, and the light helped reveal its delicate veins.
